Blind Flourish, Inc. is a blind-led company creating practical training, consulting, and products with blind people in mind from the ground up.
Too often, blind people are invited into the development process for tools, workplace systems, and new ideas only after everything important has already been decided. Blind Flourish starts somewhere else: with blind experience in the room from the beginning.
Blind-first design
We ask what efficient, intuitive use looks like for blind and sighted people at the beginning, not only how accessibility can be added after a sighted experience is finished.
Time is Money
Spending hours fighting with simple applications to accomplish simple tasks drains blind people of their most valuable resource: time. We aim to give more of that time back through efficient technology use, practical troubleshooting, and workflows that work.
Entrepreneurial thinking
Confidence, self-direction, resilience, and the ability to spot an opportunity are useful whether someone is an employee, business builder, leader, or collaborative partner. We strive to build mental frameworks and transferable skills that serve blind people in any environment where they choose to focus their energy.

Training
We provide vocational rehabilitation training for blind people who want to build the skills they need to thrive in any work environment—whether they imagine running a small business, working in a fast-paced corporate role, or serving in government.
Our philosophy is that every blind person deserves a deep, durable foundation of practical skills and mental frameworks. We teach patterns for problem-solving, confident technology use, and transferable learning so people can keep adapting as their work and lives change.
Consulting
Blind Flourish brings hands-on experience with complex, data-driven technology, government systems, and Section 508 accessibility requirements. We help organizations improve business strategy, shape roles that recognize the strengths of blind professionals, and evaluate whether digital systems work with keyboards and screen readers.
Our UI and UX reviews go beyond automated results to examine the real workflows, unexpected interaction patterns, and usability barriers that people encounter on the job.
